How about a HOD: End of the Year Awards...The HODies?

Good idea, here are some more categories...

-Rookie of the year (best new member)

-Quotes of the year (maybe a whole other awards!)

-Most Likely To Really Be A Guitarist (ha!)

-MCM: Most Cynical Member (several of these!)

-MAM: Most Aggressive Member (just waiting for the next text brawl!)

-MGM: Most Generous Member (share share share!)

-MFD: Most Frustrated Drummer
